RECRUITING AND SELECTING EMPLOYEES IN EDUCATION SECTOR IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRIZEN

Abstract

In the scope of this document the human resources field will be considered, with a focus on the process of selecting and recruiting new staff within the framework of school institutions in Prizren region, in Bosnian language. This study also focuses on revealing progress and all transformations in the practical sense of developing and improving the process of recruitment and employment of new staff in educational institutions. Namely, in addition to the analysis and retrospective examination of the theoretical aspect and scientific approach to literature and sources on the process of recruitment, selection and recruitment of new staff, this paper is also focused on practical research of all aspects of these processes and their implementation in real life.
